Newbie with a New EX2900

Put down the stands, slack the joints, remove the two large pins on the arms that attach to the sub frames, drive backwards while "raising" the booms until the arms are at a 45 degree angle, shut off engine, neutralize hydraulic pressure, disconnect four hoses, plug hoses, drive away.

I have the cub cadet mower sold at Whites. Very nice heavy duty mower. Quiet and smooth. My only complaint is some of the nuts vibrated loose on the back guards. I torqued them down and they haven't come loose again. Seems like they were never torqued from the beginning.
The loader is very easy to remove:
Rest the bucket on the ground and put slight down pressure so the front wheels just begin to lift.
Remove the two pins from the front of the loader.
Lift the hoses out of the support brackets between the left loader arm and the tractor. Let them free hang.
Put the tractor in neutral, it will move slightly. Give yourself some room and a flat surface is the best.
Go to the loader control and move the control as if you were lifting, there will be a support stand drop down as you move the control lever. Continue until the whole loader lifts out of the side pockets of the mounting brackets.
When the arms are just above the level of the front tires, stop.
Shut down the tractor and remove the four hoses.
Back out from the loader and your done.

To put it back on:
Pull into the loader and stop about 5 inches before the arms of the loader. As you drop them back into the pockets, they will come backwards about 5 inches and drop right in.
Shut down the tractor and plug the four hoses in.
Put the tractor in neutral and start it back up.
Move the control arm to lift the stand back into its home position once again until the front tires just come off the ground.
Put the pins back in the front bracket.
Hang the hoses back on their support brackets and your done.

Great info! I have not removed my loader yet, sounds as easy as removing the backhoe.
Figuring out the 3point the first time was tricky. That box blade is the greatest thing since sliced bread.
The EX2900 is working out to be a great tractor for me.

Does anyone have the loader manual? I went to the CC website and input my serial/model numbers and got the parts diagram, but no loader manual.

Just bought a landpride fdr2572 for my cub. The mower weighs 718 lbs and I was impressed with the liftin power of the 2900. It pulled it up no prob. Can't wait to mow with it today!

WoW congrats but mowing? Around here we put our RFM away and out came the plows and snow blowers, 22 degrees this morn.
