My Dad and I have 33 acres an hour or so from home.
We just purchased our first tractor together.
1958 IH 240 with 3 point.
Picking up a used 5ft brush hog in a week or so.
He drove tractors when he was a kid in the 50s and I have no experience aside from 3 wheelers/4 wheelers.
We are fixing up an old mobile home on the property that my grandparents lived in for years.
My son is almost 2, so I am trying to get the property in some shape to enjoy it with him and my parents and friends.
We have an acre lake, a 10 acre pasture and lots of woods.
Deer and turkey are fairly abundant.
Just bought a used paddle boat for the lake.
Can't wait to get further into clean up of the property.
We have some fencing to put up and a lot of clearing.
Putting in a new spillway on the lake in a few weeks.
Looking to build a storage shed for the IH and toys (maybe a sea cargo box or similar).
