Newbie Any help on Pros and Cons New Holland 24D

Just found you guys last nite, and am about ready to get either a New Holland 24D or 30. Any pros and cons that you have on either would be great, I really don't like the boxy look of the 30 and it seems that routine maintenence will be easier on the 24. I checked with the new holland website and for my uses it recommends the 24 or 30. I have 5 clear acres that is slightly rolling and maybe eventually will need a loader. Right now I want to do some major boxgrading and I have more time than money so I think that is about as big as I can go. Hope you all can be of some help. Also need to get rid of a Allis Chalmers that I got at an auction I believe it is the 720 and has only a o category hitch so implements are unheard of. Thanks in advance
