I live in town with 2/3 acre lot. When I was young, a friend's dad who was a contractor owned a couple of 8Ns. They were a lot of fun. So, I'm thinking about getting an 8N or perhaps something a little bit newer with live PTO and hydraulics. Just plan to use it for mowing the grass and other chores around the house. That and pull a wagon in the July 4th parade.
