newbe buys a tractor

Hi everyone
I have just bought a new tractor having never been on one in my life . the wife and I are empty nesters who have recently moved to the country from the city and are getting adjusted to life out here . I have lived in the country before but it's a new experiance for the wife .
I hope you will excuse the stupid questions I am sure to ask .
we live just east of Edmonton in the province of Alberta.
we have had a lot of snow this year and I'm apreciating my tractor already , and I can say that just because you have one it doesn't me you know how to use it , but after 2 weeks my driveway is starting to look better.
I have a MF 1529 with an hst and any tips or pointers you can send my way will be appreciated

Welcome to TBN and congrats on your new tractor.

Best advice, read TBN and your owners manual. Go slow with the machine until you are confident in its operation. Operate with the ROPS up and seat belt on.

Welcome, for those of us who are not familiar with all the Codes, tell us a bit more about your tractor and what implements you have purchased, I lived in Edmonton, 1980 to 1983, fresh out of college. Loved the city, hated the one hour drive to any beach and the poor Girl to Guy ratios that come with an Oil boom environment.
