I've been restoring/rebuilding a Post and Beam barn for the last 2 years. I recently came across a lumber yard that some 20' old stock open joist engineered beams that i am using to build a loft. They are old and weathered so the lumber yard sold them to me for $10 a piece instead of $40. Look around on Craigs List and call lumber yards to see if they have anything.
