that's the starter button on the dash from when it was wired to just turn on the key and press button and the one by shifteris most likely the dimmer switch,

Or it could be the original starter button on the shifter cap .

The tractor does indeed have a pto.. I'll post some photos of my harness. It's pretty fancy lol.

When you say dimmer switch, this may be a dumb question but you do mean lights?

Mind you it's still a work in progress, but it's clean. A lot cleaner than it was

The shifter and starter button (on the case, by the shifter) look the same as the NAA Ford. For the starter button to push down, the shifter had to be in neutral.
