yep, B&W turnover ball
I had it installed, it's pretty beefy. I bought the truck new, so i had them install the wiring kit in the bed. the mechanic (chevy) told me that ti's all pre-wired to a point, you only have to add the termination. (and it must be easy, it was only like $35 or so)

The tilt is slicker than snot. takes wayyyyyyyyyyy less time to load. (and since we load and unload every day, the time saved should be significant over the long haul)

It isn't powered, it just has a dampener so it doesn't slam down, just goes somewhat slowly. You could walk on it and it would go down or up, i'ts pretty well balanced.

The GN pulls SOOOOO MUCH BETTER than a bumper pull. I'm hooked and I've been driving bumper pulls for a long time. turns better (different though, I'm getting used to it), smoother, doesn't porpoise, really much smoohter, even on bad roads.

this was about $9000 delivered, which is about a $1000 more than a 25' plus 5 on singles would have been. I think ti's worth it, I like it a lot. (plus of course, nobody else around here has one, so I'm special :p )

actually, the front 4 feet don't move
and we put the ATV on with ramps (no big deal, same as the old style trailer)

not sure on the tires, I'll try and look
i do know they are 110psi, because my compressor only goes to 100psi. (opps, guess i need a new compressor. honey!!!! )

You may not need a new compressor, check the numbers on your compressor and you will be able to get the 10 pounds from your pressure regulator on the compressor itself. Make sure you read your specs for your unit

How does the truck handle the trailer? That seems like a lot of weight for a 3/4 ton ( Mine is rated 15k GN).

The tires are 14x9
14 ply!!!!!, rated for like 3800lbs each!!!!!! (I looked, just for you guys)

The compressor pressure regulator doesn't go out more than 100psi, I tried. besides, I "need" a new compressor anyway.

The 3/4 ton barely notices it's back there. I don't have the big tractor on it yet, ask me then. But it should tow it, it's rated for like 15k plus. Remember it's a regular cab (total stripper, I even have crank windows, remember those?, with a duramax and an allison, it's made to tow) so it weighs way less.
