I haven't had a house payment in over 40 years.
I have had car & truck payments. Now its just a
tractor payment and next month will be the last
payment except electric, trash, internet & phone
The wife just passed last Monday I buy very little
as I don't need much.

Good deal and same here! The only debt I have is a no interest truck loan that still bugs me so I will probably pay it off early.

In my case, I was told the package was delivered but I never got it so, the insurance was null and void and a refund was not possible since I was unable to prove it was defective or not as represented.

Turns out, what I paid for insurance on the package was totally wasted money too! I lost the value of the package, the cost of insurance, and my time trying to get restitution.

I had a package that didn't show up UPS claimed it was delivered. I have security cameras so I knew it was not delivered but it turns out the UPS driver takes a pic of the delivered package and posts the pic on the UPS delivery conformation. The picture was of the package I ordered but it was not my porch. So I contacted Sam's club and UPS and UPS sent out a driver to pick up my package and brought it to my house and meanwhile Sam's club had credited my account in full for the mishap.

You would think prices will go down over time in this economy but the problem is how can we predict the future when nothing in the recent past was predictable. What's obvious is something big is happening behind the curtains.

I have been holding off buying a sxs for a few years thinking the prices would go down. I decided to proceed and worked out a pretty good deal and bought one. I'm good with it.

Near-term price inflation for SxS and compact tractors is heavily influenced by COVID shortages and production slowdowns. A bit like Ferrari, all you need is one more buyer than available cars and you have ever-increasing pricing.

For the M5-111 I got a hard quote on, just prior to COVID versus another hard quote about 6 months ago with a ~$25K price increase suggests a lot of COVID price rise. Today on TractorHouse, I can see a better equipped M5-111 with the 24-speed (HDC24) transmission advertised for $10K less than my last quote. If it was closer to Texas, I would seriously consider it but at this point, I think a bigger tractor for similar money fits my intended usage better.

SxS's prices are pretty firm and increasing a lot due to increasing capabilities. Doesn't matter if you are comparing a Kubota RTV-1120 versus the prior RTV-1100 or, any of the 1,000cc Japanese sport-oriented SxS options.

Then you also have the effects of inflation making the price rise in real terms even if the 'capability' stays the same with no enhancements.

The only real hangup for me regarding Massey tractors is the lack of Massey Agriculture dealers near me in Texas or Oklahoma. CaseIH seems to have much better coverage geographically around me so, the Maxxum 115 is getting some consideration. The whole CNH, Agco, and Fiat conglomeration of brands sort of muddies the water regarding brand loyalty and "tractor twins". Kubota seems to be the only one that is sole source for their tractors out of Japan/USA but, they still seem to be a little lightly built for their respective class of tractors compared to the more traditional US and European brands.

Before I bought my B2601, I looked hard at the JD3xxx series and the Yanmar tractors. If Yanmar had 20% of the dealer coverage of Kubota, they would put a real hurt on Kioti, Mahindra, Branson, and similar brands IMHO. The compact and sub-compact class of tractors though is super competitive so, for a given price point, it is hard to find a real standout generally. Heck, even my local ATWOODS has TYM Atwood-branded tractors for sale for pretty good pricing, mid to high teens depending on specifics.

You need to watch Messicks video comparing the compact Kubota to equivalent JD and MF. Kubota in the compact segment is not "lightly" built.

I have had PayPal refund my money after a shady seller sent defective merchandise.

Paypal is great to use as a buyer but not as a seller. Too bad PP decided to act stupid. I canceled my PP account last year that I had for 20 years.

I want the Fed gone. They do not represent the interests of the American people. They represent and are a part of the global financial system.

While it borders on Political commentary, Oligharcs of the world have way too much influence and do a lot to diminish the quality of life for many population groups. Doesn't matter if we are talking about China, Russia, or the "West".

Bill Gates has done a lot to help disadvantaged people overseas but, his personal views and spending, like George Soros, are also working against the quality of life for a lot of people too!

I am a big fan of free markets but, the Ultra-Wealthy are detached from reality in most cases, and the issues of the average person, leveraging their will to force them to live how they want them to. This started with Ford and the Model T so, nothing new. Ford and his Model T did a lot of good but, it also was used to force his personal views on American society and he was one of the original "big brothers!"

Cryptocurrency demonstrated that a currency with no regulation is not possible do to fraud and greed. The other angle of it is the Central Banking system has no intention of giving up control. If anything, a digital currency is headed towards a world currency which is headed towards the mark of the beast.

And many different theories as to what that will be. Some thought the C19 "vax" was the mark of the beast because many people had to take it or lose their job.
