I just bought a 1533. It will be delivered Sat.
I looked at everything and dismissed Massey at first until the dealer suggested I come see him last before I tank any plunge.
The dealer was right. The green, orange and blue tractors are nice, but when the whole package was considered, Fit, finish, ergonomics, and customer service I went in favor of Massey.
I almost made the fatal mistake of a Branson. After looking at my neighbors, I was able to really ask owner questions and see what he thought. Without bashing, I can simply say it is no where near the Massey quality. ( One post awhile back suggested the two were similiar. )Luckily, I remembered the Massey dealer invited to come back when all my searching was done. Well I went back and it worked out well.
