Kubota B7500
Hey guys, just purchased a new to me Kubota B7500, pretty clean tractor with 400 hours, 60” mmm, 2 sets of tires (turf and construction/ag) I believe it’s a 2006 year model. Also picked up a King Kutter 4’ rotary cutter the same day. But anyway, I’m a first time tractor owner but have grown up around my grandfather’s Ford 3000 and spent many an hour on it.
1. I’m thinking I should do a complete fluid/filter change
2. Remove mmm and clean/grease it, replace belt?
3. Replace seat: has anyone got a good seat recommendation? Saw one on EBay that had arm rests but wondered if they would interfere with lever operation???
4. Front wheel bearings: noticed today the front right wheel had a slight wobble. Are the bearing pretty easy to change or is that something that requires special tools and or a bearing press?

Anyways, thanks for any input/advice and I’m looking forward to putting in some work with this little tractor.

Unless you KNOW how it was maintained a completer fluid and filter change is always a good idea on any used equipment. It gives a known starting point. I'd clean and lube the MMM but unless it's bad I'd leave the belt for now. I won't address your seat issue at all. You say the front wheel has a slight wobble. You should check that out. It may be a bearing but could just as easily be a loose nut. You can get parts breakdowns for many Kubota tractors from the kubotausa website.

G'day Mate and welcome to TBN from Downunder.

As Roadworthy said, clean, lubricate (all grease nipples and, if it moves but doesn't have a dedicated 'zerk', spray it with a lanolin lubricant) the machine + implements and do a complete fluids change. Basically, trust but verify that maintenance has been done on your rig.

Enjoy the site... from wherever in the wold you are.

I replaced the seat on my B7500 with a Black Talon Cordura with armrests when they were on sale a couple of years ago. It is a tight fit on the B7500 but i have not had any problems with it.
The only issue I have with it is that it has a tall back with a headrest which makes it difficult to see behind the tractor. That is a problem when doing things like hooking up 3 point implements.

Welcome Aboard ! I believe Tractor Supply sells replacement seats to fit several different models of Kubota. Just have to look-see. I bought a used B2150 which has a like-new seat on it that is not a Kubota part. I suspect the brand name Kubota seat is expensive and the TSC or other 3rd party seat would be satisfactory at much lower cost.
