I had one of those. Had lots of fun with it. One quirk I remember--don't set the carburetor float to spec. The carb is mounted sideways from normal. If the float is set to spec, it will flood the engine on steep hills. I'm assuming it has the stock 4-banger. Don't recall if the V8 was offered in that model.

CAN'T really add much , just to say that back in the 60's a friend of mine had a scout, and we took all over the place. if i recall, the heater was not that great , but the thing would go throught anything. post some pics ( will give me a look back into my younger days) /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

yes, it's has the 4 banger,with a 3 speed tranny with the dual stick transfer case,took some pics when we got home,but don't have a digital yet so will have to get them developed.
going to try to get it running so we can drive it so I'll know what the running gear might need.
