Hi,
my name is Jose and im from Canada, Quebec. im a french guy who try my best to speak/write in english, so please bear with me, im trying!
i already learned a lot from you guys. 6 month ago... i didnt know what the term Float was or FEL, didnt know why you wanted more of an option than another.
i found myself asking if a chinese tractor was worth it or not since i had no real reason to spare 35k$ on a tractor (i just cant see why i should start payment on a tractor, its ok on a car, on a home... but a tractor??? im using it an average of 10 hours per week)
looked on Lenar brand, Jinma, kubota, john deere, new holland, Kioti/Bobcat... at first i wanted hydraostatic transmission but soon realised i was looking at a 35k$ tractor... so i choose a used "KJT 3530" its was suppose to be a 2006 and have 35 hp, 400hours, etc... had a Cab on it, FEL, 1 hydraulic output, BUT full manual and i had to stop to change gear (but 6k$....bought it from the bank).
ive read many website (the whole internet if you ask me!!) and never came accross a huge amount of KJT, i soon realised it was probably a dealer in Quebec that just put a sticker on a Jinma. There's something else... its a Jinma 254/284 for sure but i cant say for the rest of the tractor. the FEL look like a Koyker but it lack the control valve (i have the old ZL20), no float on the FEL... i have a joystick inside the cab (with cables)... the fenders and cab are fiberglass.
Also realised the Jinma rear output wasnt really a great use since i have to desactivate the 3pts (what were they thinking?!)
nobody around me have a tractor (im a city guy) so nobody cant help, even the dealers dont really knows or want to educate, they just want to sell what they have in their lot. Of course nobody heard about Jinma, and i have a "special" one. By chance there's some community that talk about it on the internet.
ill start a thread with pictures if some of you can help me / point me out what i really have.
