New to this!

Hello,

Good day to you all folks! I am new to this forum and I hope you can help me out. I am looking for a harley power rake to prepare to rejuvenate a dead lawn. I rototilled it 2 days ago and I would like to break up some weeds, level and grade everything before I reseed. I live in Ottawa, ontario Canada and I have not been lucky so far in finding one to rent. I would appreciate if someone could help me find one.
