Kubota m7040
I have followed the forum, but just joined. Need advice on a trailer options for trailering a Kubota M7040 with a FEL and a 900lb disc. I have Tundra with the bigger engine. The 7040 is about 5000lbs without water in the tires and the loader is say 1000lbs. Gooseneck or 5th Wheel? Surge or Electric Brakes

Do you need a CDL?

Thanks. Don't think I need a CDL in AL, but good question.

You rarely see the fifth-wheel used except on the big tractor/trailer rigs and RVs. You'll most likely want a gooseneck and electric brakes. At least that's what I would want.:)

And while there's nothing wrong with your question here, this forum is for "new member introductions" so you'll probably get more replies to the question in the "Trailers & Transportation" forum.

And welcome to Tractorbynet.
