So finally the day came where my 2019 RX 7320 came, it is such a big tractor. I was using CK30 open station but dealing with snow and cold weather here in Northern Ontario I will appreciate the cab for sure I managed with the CK quite well but the cold was really frustrating to deal with. One thing for sure I will have to get used to is the power shift vs HST. Question to those that have a power shift with the loader work how do you deal so I don't stole the tractor when pushing or digging in to the pile? wide open throttle and use clutch? or breaks? Also which LED lights would you recommend for the cab as I'm sure they are not sufficient and will be replacing them soon
Cheers

I always idle down before clutching no matter what I am doing. Clutching at higher RPM adds considerable wear on the clutch.

Congratulations on the new tractor!

I don't have the power shift, (I have a shuttle, so my tractor requires the clutch to forward/reverse, or shift) but the basics are the same.
I always use the foot throttle for loader work, gives you so much better control. Forget that hand throttle for loader work IMO.
Use the foot throttle, shift to a low gear to get a bucket full, use the clutch to keep from stalling if needed. (don't slip the clutch, just use it to keep from stalling if needed)
If you need to slip the clutch or running yourself out of power to get a bucketful you are in to high of gear, gear the thing down

Did you ever figure out your LED replacement lights?

Congrats on the tractor.
Gearing down and higher RPM's will keep you from stalling.

Congrats on an excellent purchase, you are gonna love the Power shuttle, I have it on my 6010 and it makes loader work very easy. As said use lower gears and ease into the pile and when the buckets full just pull lever down to reverse. It will take some getting used to but when you do you probably wouldn't want to go with anything else. The power shuttle is especially handy when loading and unloading round bales
