New to me m6040

Picked up a m6040 toady.

Good: Only 450 hrs, operates perfectly, no leaks, AC!, hydraulic shuttle, 4n1 bucket, two rear remotes. Also got a 7' bush hog out of it. I kind of like the custom hood guard.

Bad: The radio is broke and it has some front end dings and even a little rust. (it is a used tractor). The hood guard was not built until after it was needed. Cost me a fortune. Nearly 29k with the 4n1 bucket and bush hog. I hate spending $.

All in all, I think it will be a good lil tractor. My first kubota.

for ag utility use, can't beat the time proven M series....u done good if it had been taken care of w/ those few hrs. hopefully a score for u!!

Ditto what Creekbend says. You should get a lot of use out of that one. Do you think the previous owner boinked the hood learning how not to use the 4-in-1?

Enjoy all your spare time you won't be trying to repair something on it.
Thats a rock solid tractor you bought there.
Just the ac,remotes,hog,and of course comfy cab probably cost someone allmost half of what you paid when they ordered it new.
HR just park it a ways from that ole rusty King disc and it should last you a lifetime ! (just kiddin I like your King)
Enjoy that Bota,remember $$$$$$$$$$'s only a piece of paper with a # on it.
