New to me B2150 with French labels

Anybody know what this lever does? No owners manual. I am sure it is something obvious but I cannot figure out what it is.

are you talking about the small golden colored lever below where it says speed set?

Yes. But it has no effect on speed.

I think it should lock the HST pedal in place (cruise control)

I believe it is the speed/cruise control lock lever.

You adjust the cruise control speed and then lift that lever into place to lock the speed setting.

The labels are in English & French.

I think the problem is that it does not work. I saw the English label and thought I was missing something specified in French to make it work. Thanks for the help.

I have 2 B2150's but both are stick rather than HST. Never saw a French language set of stickers.

Follow that rod down from the speed set lever nuder the foot boards. There should be some mechanism to 'hold' the foot pedal in position.

Probably because the OP (Vermont), geographically, lives next-door to Quebec.

If the tractor were to be sold 'up North', then having bi-lingual stickers already in place would be convenient.
