Are the weld-on quik-attach hooks that hook the bucket to the loader available separately? If so, where can I get them? This would be easier than making my own if I can find some! ~~ grnspot110

Grnspot, if those pictures are of your tractor, you already have the quick attach bucket. Look at the lower connection points. You should see a lynch pin on both sides (at the lower attach). Just pull those pins (with the bucket on the ground) and lower the loader as you "dump" the bucket. Comes right off. Removing and re-installing the bucket takes about 30 seconds each (including removing or re-installing the lynch pins).
Since you have the 300 loader, I'd be very surprised if your bucket wasn't a quick attach.

I've been welding up a weight unit today. Used the bottom part of a 3-pt boom for the base, top 5' will go to a boom for the loader.

Base w/2 pieces of RR rail & pipe filled with lead weighs about 150#, 2-100# suitcase weights & 2- 110# concrete weights I had on hand are getting me close to the recommended 617#!

I have seen those quick attach brackets for sale from a place in Indiana. Not positive for that exact tractor but I have a 790 and think so. I cannot recall the exact company name but they were at the Ohio Farm Science Review.
I do think that Deere sells them as well. You might be able to check at the Deere website under "parts".

I've been working on a 5' boom for the loader today. Picture #1; homemade hook (before cleanup). #2; boom before paint, hope to get it cleaned up & painted tomorrow! #3; the 3-pt receiver adapter finished. ~~ grnspot110

Haven't updated for a while! Painted the boom, built a 5' x 6-1/2' cart to use at the farm & today I finally finished the pallet forks! Now I still need to make a grille guard for it! It's been pretty hot welding up the fork frame the last couple of days, 95+ w/high humidity. ~~ grnspot110
