Gotten together by Friends of Sycamore Shoals.....the State park in Carter Co that was a pre-revolutionary war fort, and gathering place of the Over Mountain Men that marched to fight in the battle of Kings Mountain, NC.

Kind of ironic when you think about it... you HAD to have a plate and you HAD to pay for it.
