the new spetic was put in last week. We were WAY busy trying to get the house ready for sale (first showing is today at 6:30)

anyway new tank and drain feild set.

dont have a lot of pics because we were so busy trying to get the house ready.

but i get to have fun with the box blade! :D

so without further ado... the pics

Septic Pics

a few things to note, the large pile burn pile full of burnt rusty metal is now gone! (thank god) as seen in the 4th pic and the last one.

the green plants as seen in the 3rd pic are the surprise lillies. we transplanted nearly 8 bucket loads before this project, and they are bulbs so if generally speaking if they are covered with dirt they will come back ;)

the entire area what is now dug up will become golf course like front yard :D

Infilterator drain field?
Did you take the 40% drain field area reduction. Uses alot less trench area but your state may not allow the reduction.

In NH we have 40 percent and even 60 percent reduction with, I believe maze tanks or aeriation chamber and settling tanks. In the photos, what kind of dirt is under the infiltrators? In NH , you have to use fill sand and 6 inches of septic sand [ coarse sand] before units are installed. plowking
