I'll be interested to see how this works. Usually with a power shift there are at least two clutches. One clutch keeps you engaged to power while the other one shifts. This means you can changes speeds under load without stopping. If the LS works like that cool. If it's just a single electro hydraulically actuacted clutch then it's just replacing your foot. Changing speeds under load is what I use 95% of the time in the PS.
The other advantage to the HST and PS tractors is that, (in many cases), they have a wet clutch while the gear drive is often a dry clutch. The wet clutch will outlast the dry clutch every time.
Gary, you know they make these things called seat belts too!
I know I rarely wear mine too but I always put it on my kids when their in the instructor seat.
