Good to hear the tree was dying and you saved yourself a future headache by getting rid of it now. I'm in the process of clearing my fence line and was debating on saving a few trees that I liked, but then I went to my neighbors property and saw at least a dozen places where branches had fallen from trees taking out his fence. He doesn't have any animals on his place yet, he is too busy fixing his fence and removing trees next to it that he should have cleared before building the fence!!!!! Now I'm taking them all out.

Looking good, suppose to start pouring my floor Monday or Tuesday, be great to have it completely enclosed before winter.
