Very nice:thumbsup:
You made a good choice, your going to love that tractor.

On the Kioti bolt on cutting edge, at the far edge there is no bolt hole...no support.

I tweeked mine on the outer end the first day I put it on.

I was horsing it a bit, I rolled a 500lb rock up out of the ground by driving ahead slowly and curling the bucket and tweeked the end of the cutting edge....To the loader police, I know a loader is meant for scooping material...What can I say?

I took my bucket over to my Dads and C clamped the cutting edge back up,and welded it at the ends on the sides,
and then, put about a inch and half bead in the area between all the bolt holes. It is good and solid, I will have to do a little grinding some day if I want to reverse it.

Thanks to all, you guys are a lot nicer than some of the folks on other non-tractor forums! Quick question, tractor seems to bog down a bit when heading up an incline, usually in high at ~ 2100 rpm, even a bit in medium at 1800 rpm. Figger i need to be in lower gear with at least 2400 rpm, will likely get the feel of it after more seat time.
Thanks again!

Keen eyes someone already noticed the victory cross country in the background, too bad polaris isn't making tractors!

Beautiful tractor. Yes it will bog down in high. Some in medium depending on incline. Let off the forward pedal some to let the engine catch up.

:welcome: Glad to have you on board. Very nice tractor.

I hope you have many fun hours on the new toy. As mentioned, you need to press the pedal down slower if going up hill or pulling a load and mine ran a little stronger after about 50 hours. Mine will bog down as you have mentioned but it's a CK30hst. Hopefully somebody with the same tractor as yours will post and give you a better answer.

When working hard or encountering hills, I run mine at the little red line(about 2600rpm), moderate hills, Med range, steep, low range.

When the motor starts to pull down more than you want, slowly lift on the hydrostat pedal until its back in the rpm range you want, think of it as shifting down in your car, takes a little bit to get used to.
Of course use the correct range for the job your doing.
It looks like they did a nice job installing your 3rd function valve.
And welded the ends of your cutting edge.
Did they say what year your tractor was manufactured?
Mine has a flat floor, I don't know when they changed to that.

Nice rig! I'd get some covers for the third function QDs on the FEL so no dirt/water gets in and contaminates you hydraulic fluid.
High is hardly ever used on these tractors, except for road travel.Medium is most often chosen 'gear'. Somewhere around 1800- 2200 RPMs for most work/travel, depending on load. Did you get your rear tires loaded for ballast? If not, definitely suggest doing so. Get a short section/ loop of hydraulic hose with QDs to connect your detented pair of rear remotes when nothing is attached so as to not deadhead the hydro pump, which will kill it if the lever is accidentally bumped into the A or B position with nothing attached.
Enjoy it- it gets faster after some use too....
