So is $40K a good deal on a 21 NX6010 HST CAB? Trying to decide between the DK6010 HST CAB with the must have options at $37K or the NX with everything for the $3K difference. Good/Bad? Is the 3K worth moving up from the DK to the NX?

The NX is a bigger tractor. More weight, wider and better ground clearance. The answer to your question really depends on what you will be using it for and the type of terrain you have. Lot of slopes the NX would be a better choice as a example.

Can you get the NX5510 for the same price as the DX? I would go that route if I could.

I would definitely say it is worth it if you can afford the difference. The NX will be much more stable on hilly terrain.

Sounds reasonable to me but I have not priced a NX in quite a while. I looked at them a few years ago mainly because I was interested in their 24 gear transmission. With the market today it is not out of line.

If that includes 2 sets of rear remotes, 3rd function, and loaded tires (if you want them loaded), and ESPECIALLY if they have one in stock, buy it!
Kioti dealer here showed the MSRP for that model to be $49,281.

I'm not sure. The quote I have doesn't specify. But with all the options mentioned, I was offered pretty much the same deal that you've quoted -- within a few hundred dollars. That was the "cash deal" quote. With "free financing", it was almost $5K more.
It's a lot of tractor for $40K in this market. In my opinion . . .

Sounds like a good price.. The 2nd remote and 3rd function should only be ~$2500. I know my 3rd function was just under $1500 installed.

@kbn70 Its reasonable in July I bought a NX5510CH (Cab Hydro) with loader because its all any dealer knew they were going to get in.
I added two additional rear remotes and the third function among several other things.
Mine has the R14 ballasted and the wheels set in the widest position. It barely fits between the fenders on my 7' wide trailer but is far more stable than I thought a 9000# setup (in some cases) would be.
You can order the 2nd and 3rd rear remotes for about $800 total from your dealer {you have to order (2) 2nd remote kits but they stack and (3) M8-1.25threadx170MM bolts.} I know its been posted that they are M10 but I had special ordered those and the bolts that came out were M8 so I ordered a pack of 5 from McMaster for when my 2nd kit shows up. The hardest part was removing the right fender cover so you can run the cable from the lever to the remote body. It took me about 45mins total and lost maybe an ounce of hydraulic fluid. To install both it might take an hour.
The 3rd function was $1100 installed by my dealer. He was going to install the rear remotes but so far he has only received one which he shipped to me and I installed since it was 2 months after I picked the tractor up.
I have 131hours on it as of this morning and have been very happy with it.
I have sent 3 oil tests off to Blackstone and have gotten very favorable reports back on engine wear after the initial break in oil was flushed out.

That is about what I paid in cash for my 2014.
Loaded tires, three rear remotes. All available options at the time.
I built my own third function as neither Kioti or my dealer knew how six years ago.

If my memory serves me right, I paid $36k (with taxes?) for my NX5510 in 2016 . It came with loaded rears and THREE rear remotes: I don't regret going with three as I've used them all at the same time- I use one for my 3rd function, so one is pretty much tied up all the time.
I didn't get here quick enough to say nix the stereo. My dealer was going to toss one in to help pacify a late delivery; I told them thanks but no- I'd raincheck them on future issues. Better stereos can be had for cheap.
Once you get comfortable operating your NX you'll BE comfortable! Really nice tractors, especially with a cab! (and to all those here that prodded me toward a cab, I again say THANKS!)
