Hi all, new member here.

Currently live in Central, FL. Should be moving in the next 2-3 months to our new place up in Western, NC. I'll still have some property up in North, FL that i'll be working on to improve and possibly build up one day. Don't know how I haven't found this site a long time ago, loads of great information found in the past 2 days just scrolling through post.

Look foward to learning more.
