Hi, Just joined this forum. I bought a 2010 Massey Ferguson 1523 in February of this year. It is my first tractor. I bought it to clear snow from my driveway as we get lots of that white stuff here in western Newfoundland. It came with no cab so I built my own which was a challenge as I built it out of steel and I am a new self taught welder. I am pleased with how it turned out. Thanks for adding me to the forum.

Really nice job on your cab. As you will see in my sig, we run open as we do a lot in the woods and a cab would not be helpful. Let me know if I can help with any questions on the tractor. Can't be too different from the 1533.

Welcome and great job on the cab. I just refurbished used cab for my tractor and it felt like I was building it from scratch but yours is fantastic. I got to appreciate the structure and design of a lightweight steel build for a small compact utility tractor. Nice!
