Hello there. I am a new member to this forum. I live in Western Australia and have a Foton 404 which I bought new about 12 years ago. Previous to the Foton I had an old Ford Dexta on which much was worn out. I am in no doubt that buying the Foton was a good move, it has been reliable and has done a ton of work on our 50 acres. I noticed previous new members had a bit more info than I provided so I shall add a little more. For the last 30 years I have been a power station employee in a variety of roles but am now only a few weeks away from finally retiring (the big 70). Other interests beside the Foton are doing up older 2-stroke motor bikes. I have a Jawa and a MZ plus boxes of bits that claim to be a Yamaha. Love to travel with my good lady and we usually try and go somewhere overseas every year. Haven't been to Canada or the USA though. Also love football soccer..... Go the Perth Glory. Phil

Hi, Phil. Welcome to TBN. I hope you find enough info here to keep the Foton running - you sound like an avid tinkerer. I have actually heard of the Jawa, though not the MZ. I have a 1972 Triumph Bonneville myself.
