Fuel solenoid or plug has failed.:confused3:

Howdy, and welcome....!!!! I think the 3016 has a three wire fuel shutoff solenoid located on the injection pump. One wire is ground, the other is hot when you turn the key to start which draws lots of current to pull in the solenoid armature, and the third wire stays hot to ' hold in ' the armature [ draws just a little current ] to keep the motor running. When the power is removed from the third wire when you shut the key to OFF, the armature moves back to it's at rest position which shuts off the fuel flow.... If you are not getting power to the terminal that pulls the armature in, the power on the 'hold in' terminal is not strong enough to pull it in and open the fuel flow to the injection pump.

JerryK may be right on his solenoid suspicion. It could be even simpler. Have you run it out of fuel right before this happened? If so, it may need to be bled. Is the fuel diesel, not gas? That happens more often than you would think. Does the fuel have water in it? These are some basics, and you have probably already checked them. But just in case, I wanted to start there.

You say you are getting fuel to the injectors? If you truly have fuel and air, and the timing is anywhere close (and that is not an issue unless something bad happened) then it will start unless you lack compression. If this was the dead of winter, we might talk glow plugs, but Texas ought to be hot enough now to start a tractor even with zero glow plugs.
