Well... I've trolled around here for awhile, I ran across a deal I couldn't pass up even though it was a few months before I was planning on making the purchase. We purchased 12 acres in north east Florida and have a lot to do... Looking forward to the work the new tractor is going to help with.

Thank you.. Yes it is (on both), the package was that 32' 20k gooseneck, 4025 Mahindra 4wd tractor, loader, 6' rotary cutter (90 hp gear box), 6' box blade and 6' gear drive tiller (all new). I walked out the door for $34k... I couldn't pass it up!

Of the 12 acres, about 1.5 is cleared where the house sits. I'm going to clear another 5, dig a pond and then turn 2.5 into pastures and 2.5 into a small hay field. I'll do some clearing with the tractor but I'm hiring someone to come in with a forest mulcher on a skid steer to clear small stuff and brush, then mill trees to build fences and a couple of small buildings. My neighbor has a big backhoe and front end loader so he'll be digging the pond.

It's a pile of work, but in reality it just fuel and time :thumbsup:
