Have a little over 1/3 acre (small I know), but knee problem is killing me even with self propelled walk behind. So, just looking to research into riders, probably zero turns.

Welcome to TractorByNet. yes a ZTR would be the least amount of stress on a bad knee. Get a pro model. They cost more but will have a longer life than the smaller ZT's.
