Hello everyone. I'm a new member from NE Indiana. The State where the weather changes constantly. LOL! I'm in my late sixties, and I'm enjoying my retirement from being self employed, and doing HVAC for the last 25 years. I've worked at a lot of jobs in my life time. US. Air Force in the late sixties at Power Production. Machine shop production, Tool & Die work, and industrial maintenance. So, I've had my figers in a little bit of every thing. I have a small wood working, and machine shop at my home, and I have built many projects over the past years. I love to fix & build things! My wife really enjoyed all the wood working projects I've built for her over the years, never once did she yell at me for buying a new tool. LOL! So, life has been pretty good for us. In 2003 I bought a new John Deere 2210 with loader, 62" mower deck, and 46" snow blower for that white stuff we always get in the winter here in Indiana. I've always had Wheel Horses in the past, and they served me well. But, I needed something with a loader, and more capability. The JD 2210 has been a good investment for all that I use it for. The only draw back I have with it, is the weak rear PTO shaft bearing housing in the case. Many people have tore them out, and I was glad to know about this before I used it much. So, I baby it! I have made some quick hitches for it, and they are vary handy for hooking any 3Pt hitch equipment to the tractor. Plus I've reworked some equipment for the 2210.
I'm glad to be apart of this Tractor by net. It will be nice to meet up with some new friends with the same interest.
