hi ive got a little project going on and i need some help with hydraulics...
My project is i've got 2 rams that will lift a max of 2 tons so what i'm trying to do is fit these 2 rams to my car so when i need to take the wheels off or to do some repair work..i'm hoping that i can just push a button and the car will rise off the ground just enough to put some axle stands under..so then i can take all the wheels off....Make it easier to work on...I know this i a bit of a stupid idea but i'm sick and tied of dragging the trolley jack out all the time and taking 1 wheel off at a time.....All i need now is a bit of info on what type of 12volt pump will i need to use to lift the car....ie what this pressure needed to lift my car....my car is a FORD GALAXY.....hope somone will help me..
