New member with an important question

Hello: I am a new member and am looking for guidance on a tractor purchase. I volunteer for a Kiwanis club that owns a 60 acre property that needs to be maintained. We have recently been awarded about $15,000 in grant money to purchase a tractor to maintain the property. Since this is not enough to purchase a new tractor, we will need to buy a used one.

The property has about 15 acres open prairie that needs to be kept mowed and the rest is mature woodlot. The woodlot is slightly hilly and has sections the are soft. The tractor will be used to mow, clear fallen logs, brush, and dead timber, and maintain walking trails etc. We think a 30+ HP tractor with 4 wheel drive and a loader is what we need but we would like advice before we proceed. Can the forum give me some advice?
