new member with a question

Hello folks new member don't own a gt but my church does and I have been blessed with the honor of making it work again! It is a 1979 Case 210. I am an auto mechanic that works in the lawn care industry.Our Case hase the blower attachment and a mower deck. I was amazed at the quick connect (like on boss plows) that this tractor does. And the ease of adjusting the clutch. These machines were built to last and for ease of working on. Now I find myself on ebay and CL looking for one I can call my own lol. Ok question now. The belt on the mower deck (that spins the blades) how do you get that on? My middle pulley is like 1/8 of an inch from the deck frame. Do I need to remove the pulleys everytime I have to change the belt? Or is there a bigger problem here that I don't see? Thanks for any and all help! I will try to attach some pics later today.
