Kioti 3054
Hello all. I am a new member and owner! I just purchased my second tractor. It is a 95 Kioti 3054. I got it last night and started really looking it over today. I noticed there was a small leak in the loader cylinder. Also noticed a couple other nit pick things(mainly needs new boot for loader knob)

I am looking for an online source to all my needs for parts without having to go to the dealership(50 miles away)???!!??? I am sure that has been answered before and I apologize.... I Need bearings, manuals, boot, etc, etc.....

Thanks all and look forward to talking to you all soon!! Hope to post a pic soon

Welcome to my tractor site, oops, it's not actually mine per se but it was fun saying it was anyway:laughing:
Unfortunately, Kioti doesn't really have an online parts network, except for the dealer's; but some dealers are approved to advertise and respond to inquiries on TBN, like Michigan Iron and Equip and Rick Wallace; though he is now officially a Bobcat dealer he may still have some Kioti stock leftover?

I'm sure someone else will see this post and offer further insight.
Re your cylinder leak: is the cylinder bent at all when fully extended? If so that could be what is causing your seal to leak. How many hours on the clock, and post some pics when you have time.

Thanks for the reply. Ok, I will check into those fellow memebers. I don't think the cylinder is bent. It leaks fluid only when it is all the way down(not down pressure)- but leaking only when the loader is laying on the ground under no pressure.???!!! Although I really don't know what to look for if a cylinder is just slightly bent?

How do you know if you need to replace bearings in the joints of the loader also?? There is 'some' play in them!

Also, I believe it to be a factory loader....KL128

Most big farm equipment dealers have the equipment to disassemble and repair cylinders. Other option is check for a place like Cylinder Service in Rochester,NY. They can repair /rebuild any size cylinders. One more option check someplace like Northern Hydralics they have lots of replacement cylinders.

If I were you I'd just use the tractor for a while before tearing apart hydraulic cylinders. It may have a small leak but it could have been there for years without affecting performance. A local hydraulic shop can easily rebuild cylinders when the time comes.

There are several internet savvy dealers who are used to dealing with TBN members remotely on parts. Michigan Iron Equipment is one. Rick Wallace does Bobcat mostly now but probably still has some old Kioti parts too. Whoever your local dealer is can also just interact by phone, credit card and UPS too.

Hey there! I just saw your post. I am also a LK3054 owner, and believe it or not, there's an ebay dealer (East Texas Tractor Parts/jcsales) that can get you just about anything you need for this particular model. -Including the manuals you require. Anyway, Michigan Iron is also a great source -like a previous poster suggested- they are a totally "bonified" Kioti dealer and can help you customize your Kioit to any requirement, BUT... THEY ARE VERY EXPENSIVE, and their shipping rates are terrible. -I'm not trying to knock them, they are just a "spendy" source. I've gotten everything I've needed (maintenance wise) from that ebay store I mentioned eariler...filters, pins, workshop manual, etc.,etc... They should be able to hook you up with any of your hydraulic needs has well.

Anyway, to wrap this up, the LK3054 is an outstanding tractor. I've had mine since 2002, and it makes a great, compact TLB (tractor-loader-backhoe) for my 7 acres. In fact, I can do just about anything my Case 580E can do-it just takes a little longer and can't dig has deep!

Hope this helps! -Enjoy you new "Orange"!!

-Keoki.
