Well TBN and thought I would check it out to see if it was all true. So far it is and I am looking forward to seeing and asking all sorts of questions. I have a L3800 HST and a B6000 Kubota, about 5 acres of woods, brush sand and many rocks like in Granite. Like in the State of New Hampshire the Granite State. I know that they grow here because every year I find more.

I'm retired from the fire service so I thought I would have time to do things around home but my wife gave me a list and in another 20 years or so I might have some free time to catch up on what I was going to do.

My B6000 "The Beast" is pretty rough but still starts right up and can move sand around with a few rocks, it does however depend on the size of the rocks if they are to big it will just roll over on it's side and lay there. I hope to take it back to New some day just for fun but right now I still find work for it.

My L3800 is a Champ and I have done so much with it even the wife was surprised. In the snow time I keep my neighbors driveways cleared and help out with snow removal. We all are older or disabled so we help each and watch out for each other. I did learn that a cab would have been really good for working in a snow storm, one with a heater and that is dry when we get Ice rain. I am learning thing each and every day, some day I will be smart

Well anyway I'm not a New Englander but from the way out West cowboy type so I do drive these guys nuts with my Howdy and You Alls Oh my folks were all from the South.

I enjoy life and just about everything that's good in it, I try to stay away from the News because of my blood pressure and the stupidity of it these days. I love my Country and all the Men and Women who are stand up in Harms way fighting for our Freedom. I'm a Disabled Combat Vet from 1968 with a bunch of medical issues from it. I would still enlist and do it all over again if I could. I have a strong Faith in our Lord Jesus Christ and would be honored to tell anyone if they ask.

I will however talk about tractors all day long, worked as a Fire Chief many years being the only and first guy to respond so I do love to talk and that is all about me. :)

Welcome from Northern California!

It's good to see some fire folks on here! I'm many years away from retirement myself. I've got 20 years left but my wife's already got a list for me hahahaha!

I got a Mahindra 3016 HST to help with landscaping 1.5 acres and building a pond. Life is crazy busy with a wife and 3 kids aged 6, 4 and 2 but every once in a while I'm able to get something done and having a tractor makes it that much easier.

I'd love to hear about your carrier or your tractor projects though it sounds like you got quite a lot going on, even in retirement :)
