New Member in WNC

I have been living here for 3 years and would not have been able to do the work without my Kubota 3830. Now it is a bit large for most of the land work I have but when I need the size it is hard to beat. Need to start working smarter and not harder so I am hoping to get some ideas on using my tractor more and my back less. Bill

Main thing is to get a tiller to replace my plow so I don't have to work as hard on the garden, I would love to get a winch but they seem too $$$. Maybe get a quick tach for the front and a grapple.
