New Member from Wilmington NC

My name is Barry.. Born and raised in Wilmington NC.. Retired after 35 years working as a control room operator at an Industrial Plant near by.. Just bought a Farm Trac 390 HST with a bucket loader and back hoe attachment.. Having some problems cranking but I'm working on it and one of the reasons for joining this forum.. Hope to be talking to some of you soon..

I have some family in Wisconsin.. They moved from Wilmington NC to Milwaukee.. I'm not a fan of cold weather and snow. But they say its really beautiful there..

I'm hoping to get some knowledge on my Farm Trac 390HST.. I know its not a popular tractor but a lot of equipment use the same Mitsubishi diesel engine that's in it and maybe they have had some of the same problem I'm having and can share the fix..

Hello, I am just an hour south of you! Any luck getting that Fram Trac running?

No luck yet.. I've tried a lot of stuff.. New fuel lines, compression is good, has a lot of air on the discharge side of pump.. Getting air from somewhere and maybe not enough fuel.. I was told the fuel shut off solenoid could be sticking.

Thanks , I had a 1960 Ford 601 gas engine 2 wheel drive.. Used it hard for the last 4 years.. Simple to work on unlike my mitsuishi diesel.. Eventually i'll get it going again and be a happy camper..
