Hi,
Just joined here from Ohio.
I bought my first compact tractor in 1990. I just sold it and am looking for another.
No farm, just some acreage and plenty of jobs and uses for one.
I have been reading on here some over the last 5 years, but need all the help I can get on one.

Ok.
35-49Hp. FEL
Turf tires.
I need something not too heavy, but noticeably more power than my old 25hp tractor, reliable.
I do not "NEED" a cab but will have a canopy.
I will primarily do finish mowing with my 72" deck.
I will be doing some grading for my drive and initially for my property as I am building and have 300 tons of dirt out there now.
I will need the FEL to haul wood out of my woods, mostly cut up.
I will get a rototiller.
I think I will get a Quick hitch?
Price is a concern, since I am building a house and will be doing some things on my own for the house that are not in the loan. i.e. generator, electrical service with new 400a base wire, some flooring, some light fixtures, paint(interior) garage interior finish, deck and lots more.
So, short of a miracle what to do?
I have been dealing with a New Holland/Kubota dealer that I like very much.
I bought something off the closest JD dealer and it did not work right and they did not fix it right under warrant. I paid later to have it fixed and it is still a little off.
The only Kioti dealer I know of is 37 mi away and I have had issues with them not fixing issues with my Bad Boy diesel mower, while under warranty. The salesman should have told me about the issues they were having with them before I bought it. I was looking at 2 other mowers there at the time and could have bought one of those. I had bought my Ford tractor there before that, so I was a repeat customer. Now, I have issues and they cannot be resolved no matter what according to that dealer.
My friend wants me to get a Rural King tractor because of the price. I no nothing of their quality, but they are a lot cheaper.... I have a thread in the other section on this, sorry.
