New member here from MD eastern shore. I have been lurking here for a couple of months. My wife and I just got 2 acres of forested land. It is old farmland that has had trees growing on it for 70 years Full of green briar vines. I am trying to clear off the dead and fallen wood. I have been using my small tractor to skid trees out of the brush and then the bush mower to cut the vines down.
While being new to tractors I have rented many types of skid steers, and small back hoes.
Here is my new to me tractor skidding dead logs.
