Multiple Fords and Kubotas
My dealer delivered my new L6060 ROPS today and hauled away my 2007 MF 533.

I've never before traded a tractor but could not wait to get rid of my both of my Massey Fergusons (larger 2012, MF 2635 was replaced with a Kubota M9960 about two months ago) so I decided to do so in this case even though taking a bit of a hit.

I specified FEL with third function valve, 4-in-one bucket and single lever hydraulic manifold, dual rear remotes, 4 rear and 7 front weights with front weight bracket, rear work light, and R4 tires.

Everything looks good with both of the new Kubotas so far and my failed Massey Ferguson experiment is forever over.

I'm staying in this new year's evening to read owner's manuals, etc.

Things are looking up.

Congratulations on your new L6060, we really like the combination of an M and GL.

Congrats!

I've not posted photos here before. Can it be done without using a third party site, e.g., photobucket?

FWIW, the factory grill guard serves as a front weight bracket to hold a maximum of 5 front weights. The optional front weight bracket holds a maximum of 7 front weights and cannot be installed if the grill guard is in place. I did not know that weights could be mounted to the grill guard when I ordered the front weight bracket and 7 front weights. Currently, the grill guard is mounted on the tractor as is the FEL. Front weights cannot and should not be mounted when the FEL is installed.

The rear weights simply bolt to the wheel centers (maximum of 3 per side). The Kubota brochure has a decent picture of mounted rear weights.

I'll investigate how to post photos and post a couple if not too difficult.

You don't need a host to post pics.

When adding a post to a thread place the cursor where you want the picture to be located, look at the toolbar just above your typing. Fourth icon from the right, "insert image", click on that, select "from computer", click on "browse", find your desired picture in your computer, click on the picture, then click "open" in the lower right. That takes you back to the previous screen where you clicked on browse, the name of your picture will be shown. Just under that click on "upload". The data name of the picture will appear in your prepared post where you left the cursor blinking.
