Did you get rear remotes? I was curious how they are set up on those as far as the control levers. Do they have the extra slots in fender for them?

No rear remotes. But I will probably get them later. I am assuming they would have to be fender mounted.

Not if you get the factory kit, which is expensive but a very clean install. It goes into the slot next to the 3 point lift handle.
I mounted a 3 spool valve above the FEL controls. One for the grapple, one for the hydraulic top link and one for the hydraulic side link. I just prefer it in front of me.
Some have mounted it below the FEL controls... personal preference.
