Kubota M7060
Got a new M7060 and was bushhoging yesterday. Can i use the shuttle shift at pto speeds. I have the 12 speed and seem to be comfortable bush hogging in 6th gear going about 4.5mph. Is that too fast to use the shuttle shift to back up? Also did first regen at 17 hours. That seem to be early for a regen.

Not if you slow your ground speed to stop or close to it, we use our M8540HDC and have since purchase that way.

I believe the manual states you can shuttle shift any time under 5 mph. Check your manual.

Full throttle is not advisable on any unit at any speed.

I run my tractor at around 2000 when using the grapple. As long as I shift at or near full stop - no problems.

Move to neutral let the tractor slow then move reverse

This has been my experience.

All I know is, when I per random mix up the turn signal with the reverser, it's going to kill the engine at full speed.
