Kioti CK2510
Hey all,

I was really excited this morning as my Kioti CK2510 was delivered with the MMM and FEL.

That is I was excited until 5 minutes in when I used the FEL for the first time (other than at the dealership) and I hear a loud *pang*. I look down and see the FEL level guide is completely bent and out of its channel. The weld point at the base is also bent.

Not happy...

I emailed the sales guy, but he is out today. Is this something covered by warranty? I am worried that if I just bend that weld point back in place it will rust.

Well I can see in that first photo the lower guide tube obviously isn't screwed into place. Typical Kioti North Carolina, or dealer assembly screw up. I had similar issues like this on both my DKse's when they were brand new. Missing lock washers, loose bolts, pinched hoses, all dealership assembly related. They did me right though, and fixed my issues quickly and at no charge. I wonder if they will give you a new cylinder because of that bent tab. I mean, I would just bend that tab back myself, and just ask kioti for the two guide tube pieces and rod. These tractor are first class, be assured. I've never had an issue with the Korean assembled bits. And have been impressed the deeper I look into the build of the tractor.

I've actually bent mine into a similar looking mess backing out of my barn. Now that you have the photos, I'd just take the rod off and use the tractor while you wait for the parts.

way to get that first scratch out of the way quick :drink:

If you look at your first picture there was a problem with the loader assembly from the dealer. On the bucket angle indicator rod ( the thing that bent ) the orange tube you see down by the base is suppose to be screwed on to the upper bracket where the other orange tube is mounted. The dealer should replace the rod and the cylinder with the bent bracket, don't take anything less you have photographic evidence of the incorrect assy from them.

Agree this is a factory/dealer issue at this early stage- very minor and don't fret about the quality of the tractor. I bent my bucket level indicator also at ~ 200 hours as the hardware came loose like on yours. Mine was an operator issue and I bent the rod back in place, replaced missing hardware and used thread locker this time around.

Congrat''s on the new tractor:thumbsup:

Bummer dealer prep was a bit lacking and irritating for sure on a new tractor....

Just me, but would recommend getting out the wrench set and checking that all exposed nuts/bolts are tight and torqued.
Would especially make sure that any FEL attaching bolts are tight, Real damage can done when those are loose and not caught quick enough.

Very good looking rig. I've been seriously considering replacing my "other orange" BX24 with a CK2510 just like yours. I no longer need a backhoe and the increased size seems just right. A question for all the Kioti CK2510 owners - what are the holes on the side of the loader bucket used for.

Those are sight holes to see how much dirt you have in the bucket but seriously not sure what they are for, maybe to mount a grapple?? Nice tractor! I like the canopy, can you get some more pics of that? I've been wanting to get one for my 2510. How much was that?
