kioti ck2510

My Kioti CK2510 (Hydrostatic trans) getting hard to shift into gear. I used to be able to shift my weight forward and use the momentum to help it slip into gear but even that isn't working as well. Any thoughts?

My FEL Bucket drops like a rocket and is very hard to control because it moves so fast. Is there a restrictor I can put inline to give me more control over the bucket, or the ability to move it much slower? Thanks
