New Kama TS354C 4x4 problem

Just got a new Kama TS354C with 7 hrs. on it. First time I put it in 4 wheel drive there is a knocking noise coming from underneath. Any help would be appreciated.

Be sure the lever is fully engaged. when going into 4wd you need to be slightly moving as you engage the lever to allow the teeth to line up and fully engage. also sometimes you will have to back up slightly to disengage. Never operate in 4wd on hard surfaces.

Thanks for the help. I tried engaging while moving,it did'nt
work. When engaged it makes knocking noise in forward, reverse and nuetral while moving.
