Just bought the place 6 months ago so I'm not realy sure on the floor sealant but might be able to find out. My new neighbor has been in the painting busines for many years and may have actually provided the sealant for the previous owner.

Haven't had a lot of seat time yet but was able to do a little driveway work last weekend and love it so far . It's a sweet little machine.

JD 2210, 62" MMM, 210 FEL, BB, 60" Frontier Rear Blade and a new JD Straight Shaft Weed Eater all delivered to my driveway for $13,300 plus tax.

Willer..nice machine. I've got over 100hrs on my 2210 since last August and haven't had a problem. It has out done all of my expectations. Sometimes I'll run into a tough situation and just mentally figure out while experimenting, what will make the 2210 do the job. ..and it always has. Small machines just take a little longer..but they will do the job (within reason).
