Snow Equipment Owning/Operating New information on Hydro vs. Manual trans for snow blower use.

/ New information on Hydro vs. Manual trans for snow blower use. #11
I don't have my manuals with me. But My TN75 with a 16x16, mechanical shuttle. It's got to be close to your same creeper speed. Different size tractor I know. But I run a 7 1/2 ft blower. Very seldom have to bump the clutch. Can shift down to a lower gear if i have to. But don't have to keep my foot on the hydro pedal. Cause I don't have one. Just set it in gear and go. Plus when i do push clutch, the PTO is still engaged. Didn't even realize they still made the old style. I see HST and what I have as having pluses and minuses. But keep in mind, my unit doesn't offer a HST. I would prefer an electronic shuttle, but this deal was too good to pass up. Seller had to liquidate his assets in a hurry. I was looking at a JD4720 or 60hp Boomer. So i got what I got. Gears with a clutch, love it. Good Luck in decisions.
