What are you using it for? I personally wouldn't put it in my Kubota. You normally derate a hydraulic pump speed and pressure by about 50% runnig glycols.

I use motor oil in my hydraulic system. It is a Power-Trac, and that is what they recommend. and I noticed that some rather large heavy equipment use motor oil in their hyd system.

I just happen to see it on the web, and wondered if anybody was using it. It is supposed to be fireproof if that is a concern, and it is eviro-friendly.

Water glycols like this are often seen in paper mills and other industrial settings where non flammibles are required.

Environmental fluids are showing up in turf care equipment everywhere. I guess golf courses don't want to clean up dino fluids off their greens...
